Algarve, land of sun, sea, and many activities to discover! Between music events and fairs that make our mouths water, find out about the Algarve's cultural agenda to enjoy this magnificent region during July.    

Music   

Less than 30 minutes from Amendoeira Golf Resort, Loulé welcomes the beginning of July with world music. From 29 June to 2 July, more than 20 nationalities come together with their love of music on the stages of the MED Festival. And as the best of Art is in the inclusion of its various aspects, you can also get to know pieces of Cinema, Literature, Theatre, Plastic Art and Handicrafts, always accompanied by typical dishes from the most diverse countries.  

Also in this region, but to close the month, you will find the 27th edition of the Loulé Jazz Festival, with dates still to be confirmed. Curated and directed by Mário Laginha, Portuguese musicians join international artists to present great musical moments.    

In Faro, young emerging musicians will take to the stage at South Music, with dates still to be confirmed. And as festivals are not only made of concerts, this event also includes debates and conferences, where a new voice is given to our favourite Portuguese artists.  

Gastronomy   

In the gastronomy field, there is also a lot to choose from! Between Michelin-starred restaurants and gastronomic festivals in the Algarve, this region has something for every palate.   

Only 8 minutes away from your luxury golf resort in Portugal, the Ocean restaurant, awarded two Michelin stars, has a breathtaking view over the Atlantic, where the fresh produce made by Chef Hans Neuner combines perfectly with the perfumed melody of the sea.   

If, on the other hand, you are planning to visit a traditional fair, head to Lagos to discover one of the region's greatest traditions: the Arte Doce fair (dates still to be determined), dedicated to all the Algarve's confectionery.
